In each case I handle the real estate (valuation, preparation, marketing, negotiation and closing) and coordinate closely with your attorneys, CPAs and lenders, who advise on the legal, tax and lending questions.

Financing guidance

For buyers, I help line up lenders early, assemble the property information lenders ask for, and keep the loan timeline aligned with the contract. Lenders who have worked with my buyers describe the process this way:

Estate planning and trust sales

When commercial property is held in a trust or is part of an estate plan, I provide market value opinions, prepare the property for sale, and manage the sale on a timeline that fits the plan, in coordination with the estate attorney, trustee and CPA.

Divorce sales

Selling jointly owned commercial property during a divorce calls for neutrality and transparency. I keep both parties and their counsel informed with the same information at the same time.

Inherited commercial property
